Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence.
- Understanding of data warehousing architecture, data modeling concepts, and ETL/ELT best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex querying, performance tuning, and data manipulation.
- Expertise with business intelligence/data visualization tools (Microsoft PowerBI is a must!).
- Proficiency with version control (Git).
- Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing priorities within a very dynamic startup environment.
- Effective and flexible communication skills, including the ability to translate technical details into business and commercial objectives, and vice versa.
- A proactive communication style—not afraid to challenge the status quo and articulate your vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-driven and detail-oriented mindset while working with data.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of BI development: from gathering and challenging business requirements to solution design, deployment, and fostering end-user adoption.
- Act as a key partner for business stakeholders and data engineers, effectively translating business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust Business Intelligence solutions using our modern tech stack (AWS Redshift, AWS RDS, Microsoft PowerBI, Git, AI tools).
- Develop comprehensive data models and build interactive dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI.
- Perform both ad-hoc data analysis and build automated reporting solutions that empower business users.
