Requirements
- Ability to own deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of corporate hardware, software, and networking.
- Deep experience with virtualization, cloud computing, and containerization technologies.
- Strong administration skills for both Linux and Windows server infrastructure.
- Expertise in IT security policies, compliance requirements, and secure system configuration.
- Skill in translating complex scripting and automation requirements into AI prompts with sound security judgment.
- Proven experience collaborating with management to identify and implement sustainable IT solutions.
- Hands-on experience administering Okta, Jamf, and Google Workspace preferred.
- Familiarity with SaaS security, SSO enforcement, MFA, and privileged access management preferred.
- Experience with MDM policy design and endpoint compliance in a remote environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve IT infrastructure including identity management, endpoint management, network architecture, and SaaS integration.
- Maintain system reliability and quality through documentation, peer reviews, and reduction of technical debt.
- Ensure operational health of systems by managing SLAs, monitoring, and incident response.
- Partner with IT leadership and stakeholders to scope, estimate, and deliver infrastructure projects.
- Apply Gen AI tools to accelerate systems administration and documentation tasks while maintaining security protocols.
- Provide technical guidance to IT staff and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
