Job Details

8+ years of experience in security engineering, IT engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
Strong hands-on experience managing enterprise AI platforms (administration, configuration, governance).
Experience with DevOps practices (Git-based configuration, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code).
Strong understanding of AI security risks (prompt injection, data leakage, agentic AI failures).
Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for automation, dashboards, or integrations.
Experience working with cloud-native environments, particularly GCP.
Familiarity with identity and access management (SSO, SCIM provisioning).
Strong understanding of secure platform administration and operational best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across functions.
Experience building MCP servers or AI agent workflows is a plus.

Own the administration, security posture, and operational governance of enterprise AI platforms.
Monitor AI platform roadmaps, product updates, and policy changes to prepare for risks.
Manage AI platform configurations, access controls, and governance using infrastructure-as-code.
Maintain secure API key management, secrets hygiene, and identity provisioning workflows.
Build financial visibility tools, dashboards, and systems to track AI usage and costs.
Develop automation solutions and internal AI tooling, including MCP servers and agent-based workflows.
Write and maintain production-quality code in Python and/or TypeScript.
Identify and mitigate AI-specific security risks including prompt injection and data leakage.
Partner with governance, security, and business teams to implement technical controls.
Serve as a technical advisor on AI platform architecture and security.
