Requirements

- Strong experience with software development, web applications, APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and IT infrastructure.
- Broad technical skill set across areas such as frontend development, backend services, databases, distributed systems, automation, and integrations.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable technical solutions for complex business needs.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on accountability, urgency, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare, health technology, SaaS, or similar technology-driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized solutions and integrations that address partner and customer requirements.
- Build and implement solutions across web applications, APIs, data workflows, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven systems.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities and improve scalability.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate requirements into effective system designs.
- Diagnose and resolve complex integration challenges, production issues, and technical blockers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guidelines, and best practices.
- Support post-implementation reviews, performance improvements, and continuous optimization initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor by communicating solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
