Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development environments as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, Team Lead, or Scrum Master.
- Proven experience delivering custom software projects involving Data or AI technologies.
- Experience in client services or consulting organizations.
- Strong background managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including executive-level client relationships.
- Ability to understand technical challenges and communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading workshops and strategic discussions.
- Strong combination of business understanding, user experience awareness, and software delivery expertise.
- Experience mentoring and supporting cross-functional team members.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CSM, CSPO, PMP, SA, or SPC are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Data and AI-driven software products, including traditional AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Own project strategy, scope, planning, risks, and execution while acting as a trusted advisor for clients.
- Manage complex client engagements and build strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Define and communicate comprehensive project plans across internal, client, and external teams.
- Facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, design, testing, and business stakeholders.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies and adapt approaches based on customer and product needs.
- Support workshops, structured meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Provide technical and operational guidance to resolve issues and improve delivery outcomes.
