  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BDR, SDR, sales development, or similar outbound sales role.
  • Proven ability to book meetings, achieve activity goals, and deliver measurable sales results.
  • Experience using modern sales tools, automation platforms, CRM systems, and outbound prospecting techniques.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create effective and personalized sales messaging.
  • High learning agility, strong work ethic, and motivation to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Resourceful mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in an early-stage environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospecting activities simultaneously.
  • Startup experience or experience in high-growth sales organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and multi-channel prospecting.
  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation activities and consistently deliver against meeting and revenue development targets.
  • Leverage existing outbound systems, sales tools, automation platforms, and prospecting workflows to maximize outreach efficiency.
  • Create personalized, compelling messaging and cold email campaigns designed to engage target prospects.
  • Research potential customers, identify opportunities, and develop creative approaches to reach decision-makers.
  • Follow up with inbound leads and convert initial interest into qualified meetings.
  • Monitor outreach performance, test new strategies, and continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of go-to-market playbooks, processes, and sales best practices.
