Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–3 years of experience in an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or similar business development role.
- Experience with outbound prospecting, lead generation, cold outreach, and qualifying sales opportunities.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business challenges and the ability to connect solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong curiosity and desire to understand customers, industries, and complex business problems.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative approaches to prospect engagement.
- Ability to manage priorities, maintain organization, and execute sales activities independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English through written and verbal channels.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify target enterprise accounts, decision-makers, and potential business opportunities through strategic prospecting activities.
- Conduct outbound outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and other sales development channels to generate qualified leads.
- Educate prospective clients on solutions and value propositions while understanding their business challenges and goals.
- Lead initial conversations with prospects, ask discovery questions, and identify opportunities for further engagement with sales teams.
- Collaborate closely with sales executives and client-facing teams to schedule qualified meetings and support opportunity development.
- Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
- Research industries, companies, and market trends to develop relevant messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Support account strategies by identifying new opportunities within existing and target accounts.
