Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or similar business development role.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, lead generation, cold outreach, and qualifying sales opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business challenges and the ability to connect solutions to customer needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong curiosity and desire to understand customers, industries, and complex business problems.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative approaches to prospect engagement.
  • Ability to manage priorities, maintain organization, and execute sales activities independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in English through written and verbal channels.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target enterprise accounts, decision-makers, and potential business opportunities through strategic prospecting activities.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and other sales development channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Educate prospective clients on solutions and value propositions while understanding their business challenges and goals.
  • Lead initial conversations with prospects, ask discovery questions, and identify opportunities for further engagement with sales teams.
  • Collaborate closely with sales executives and client-facing teams to schedule qualified meetings and support opportunity development.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
  • Research industries, companies, and market trends to develop relevant messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Support account strategies by identifying new opportunities within existing and target accounts.
