- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience creating product strategies, defining roadmaps, and managing product development processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex business problems and identify effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and passionate about building successful products.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with customers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, industry challenges, and market trends within Life Sciences and safety management.
- Define and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic goals, customer value, and operational impact.
- Collaborate closely with product development teams to design, specify, and deliver scalable solutions addressing real-world business challenges.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned product areas, providing guidance and insights to internal teams.
- Work directly with customers and industry experts to validate requirements, gather feedback, and continuously improve product experiences.
- Drive product adoption by supporting go-to-market initiatives, measuring solution performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze complex problems and translate business requirements into clear product strategies and actionable development plans.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment across product initiatives.
