Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as a BCBA.
  • Experience providing clinical supervision within an ABA environment.
  • Demonstrated experience training, mentoring, and developing clinicians or supervisors.
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to make ethical, evidence-based decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication and organization.
  • Willingness and ability to travel periodically based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to Clinical Supervisors to support strong clinical leadership and decision-making.
  • Promote consistency in clinical practices, documentation standards, supervision processes, and service delivery across supported teams.
  • Provide temporary clinical coverage and operational support to maintain continuity of care and medically necessary services.
  • Identify challenges impacting clinical quality, client outcomes, or operational performance and collaborate on effective solutions.
  • Support organizational initiatives focused on clinical excellence, quality improvement, and service optimization.
  • Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing development opportunities for newly hired Clinical Supervisors.
  • Reinforce learning through observation, feedback, coaching, and practical problem-solving support.
  • Partner with clinical and operational leadership teams on training programs, improvement initiatives, and special projects.
  • Participate in calibration meetings and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Travel periodically to clinic locations when needed for coaching, consultation, and team support.
