Requirements

- Proven track record of building AI-powered workflows, automations, or internal tools.

- Ability to prototype solutions and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong strategic judgment with a focus on solving high-leverage business problems.
- Resourceful and autonomous mindset with experience in early-stage company environments.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable using modern AI platforms and automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Map operational workflows across the business to identify friction and measure impact.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to design and deploy intelligent workflows, automations, and operational playbooks.
- Drive internal adoption by creating documentation, guardrails, and training for new systems.
- Collaborate with Engineering to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Scale successful AI playbooks across the broader organization to build an AI-native operational foundation.
