Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience building with automation tools such as Zapier or Lovable.
- Genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools to solve problems.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work under low supervision.
- Comfortable using core SaaS tools including Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and management.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with US-based team members.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and ship automations that remove repetitive work across the organization.
- Manage provisioning and deprovisioning of employee and client access across all tools.
- Maintain an accurate license and cost tracker for all software used.
- Lead the technical implementation for software migrations.
- Ensure infrastructure security by managing access controls strictly.
- Maintain hardware inventory across various locations.
- Document processes and automations to ensure team-wide usability and future improvement.
