- Provide bilingual Spanish & English Email, Chat and Voice Support
- Answer inbound inquiries through Motive's support hotline, live chat, or email
- Collect customer support requests and bugs
- Relay findings to product and engineering teams
- Evaluate existing support tools
- Collaborate with engineering to develop tools to enable support function to scale
