Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Demonstrable experience in iGaming recruitment.
- Fluent in both Thai and English languages.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and labor legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Skilled in data analysis and management for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage staffing and recruitment, with a primary focus on iGaming roles, including salary research, sourcing, and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare salary proposals and oversee onboarding and exit processes for employees.
- Handle employee relations, including addressing queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Develop and implement HR policies to enhance job satisfaction and work environment.
- Assess training needs and design end-to-end learning solutions, including e-learning modules.
- Analyze HR data and statistics to provide regular reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
