Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerBI.
- Ability to generate, interpret, and analyze complex performance reports.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and make confident decisions.
- Strong collaborative skills for cross-departmental communication.
- AHIMA or AAPC accreditation is preferred.
- Six Sigma or related LEAN/OPEX/Process Excellence experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Senior Director of Clinical Documentation.
- Assist in overseeing the Clinical Documentation team's workflow operations and organizational reviews.
- Manage daily production coverage, financial expectations, and client success.
- Produce and present performance reports to leadership to track success and operational gaps.
- Implement Performance Improvement Programs to drive quality and productivity.
- Organize, prioritize, and delegate workload within the Clinical Documentation team.
- Identify opportunities for process and product improvements.
- Facilitate departmental and client meetings, including executive report outs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate operational risks.
