Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and support business trips based on project and client requirements.
- Book flights, accommodations, meeting rooms, and ground transportation, including car rentals.
- Research optimal and alternative travel routes, considering cost and time efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with international travel regulations and internal company policies.
- Provide support to employees before, during, and after business trips.
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports on travel expenses, bookings, and performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Monitor quality and efficiency metrics for defined operational goals.
