Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and support business trips based on project and client requirements.
  • Book flights, accommodations, meeting rooms, and ground transportation, including car rentals.
  • Research optimal and alternative travel routes, considering cost and time efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with international travel regulations and internal company policies.
  • Provide support to employees before, during, and after business trips.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly reports on travel expenses, bookings, and performance indicators.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in internal systems and spreadsheets.
  • Monitor quality and efficiency metrics for defined operational goals.
