Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
12+ years of progressive experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or technical consulting.
Proven experience leading distributed technical teams across multiple geographic regions.
Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure, and Intune.
Advanced understanding of enterprise networking (TCP/IP, OSI model, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and large-scale cloud migrations.
Proficiency with migration tools (e.g., Mover.io, AvePoint, Syncovery, Quest).
Experience with virtualization (VMware) and monitoring platforms (PRTG, Nagios).
Familiarity with enterprise backup and replication solutions (e.g., Veeam, Backup Exec).
Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Visio).
Valid driver’s license and international passport.
Ability to travel extensively (approximately 65%) throughout the US, Canada, and the UK.

Lead and mentor integration engineers through technical coaching and performance feedback.
Manage daily engineering workflows, project planning, documentation, and delivery tracking.
Oversee large-scale technology initiatives including office integrations, Microsoft 365 migrations, and infrastructure consolidation.
Collaborate with networking, cloud, security, and operations teams to develop migration strategies.
Support migration of legacy applications to modern cloud environments.
Participate in site assessments and relocations to provide hands-on technical leadership.
Act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges and identify engineering skill gaps.
Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new technical staff.
