Requirements
- 3 years hands-on development on Power Platform
- Experience with D365 and/or Model-driven apps (forms, views, business rules, commands/navigation)
- Proficiency in Dataverse (tables, relationships, columns, choices, security roles)
- Strong experience with Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, error handling, retries, trigger conditions)
- Ability to design data models and implement role-based access
- Experience integrating with enterprise sources like SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL, and APIs
- Understanding of solution-based development and ALM concepts
- Troubleshooting skills for flow failures and performance issues
- Experience with Excel macros / VBA
- Interest or exposure to AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or generative AI
Responsibilities
- Implement, optimise, and transform Power Platform initiatives
- Design data models in Dataverse and implement role-based access
- Build cloud flows, approvals, and error handling via Power Automate
- Integrate Power Platform with enterprise services like SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL, and APIs
- Manage solution-based development and deployment across environments
- Troubleshoot flow failures, permissions, and performance issues
- Translate business requirements into scalable app and flow designs
- Support UAT and go-live processes
