Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience operating within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to maintain SOPs and share data.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and map contract prioritization frameworks to solutions to maximize performance and resource utilization.
  • Develop approaches to align high-priority contracts with optimal delivery models.
  • Monitor and adjust solution assignments based on contract performance data and strategic priorities.
  • Create and maintain solution-to-contract mapping documentation and workflows.
  • Conduct portfolio analysis to identify optimization opportunities and strategic alignment gaps.
  • Prepare executive reports on portfolio performance, capacity utilization, and recommendations.
  • Act as the operational bridge between contract prioritization and solution delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with capacity planning and stakeholder teams to ensure seamless solution rollout and delivery.
