Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, operations, or solutions management.
- Proven experience working in matrix organizations with complex stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience operating within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to maintain SOPs and share data.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map contract prioritization frameworks to solutions to maximize performance and resource utilization.
- Develop approaches to align high-priority contracts with optimal delivery models.
- Monitor and adjust solution assignments based on contract performance data and strategic priorities.
- Create and maintain solution-to-contract mapping documentation and workflows.
- Conduct portfolio analysis to identify optimization opportunities and strategic alignment gaps.
- Prepare executive reports on portfolio performance, capacity utilization, and recommendations.
- Act as the operational bridge between contract prioritization and solution delivery teams.
- Collaborate with capacity planning and stakeholder teams to ensure seamless solution rollout and delivery.
