Requirements

  • VP-level experience leading a revenue or commercial function, ideally at a B2B media, events, or marketing-services company.
  • Proven track record of personally closing strategic, multi-product, six-figure-plus deals.
  • Background in integrated marketing and media campaign sales.
  • Experience packaging custom deals into repeatable revenue products, including pricing and playbooks.
  • Demonstrated ability to align Sales, Product, Delivery, and RevOps into a unified operating system.
  • Strong commercial judgment regarding pricing, deal structuring, and margin discipline.
  • Coaching instinct to raise the bar on enterprise selling capabilities.
  • Ability to build, structure, and scale teams and playbooks.

Responsibilities

  • Personally pitch, negotiate, and close high-value, multi-product strategic deals.
  • Design custom multi-channel B2B campaigns including newsletters, lead gen, content, and events.
  • Develop packaged offers, pricing models, and proposal templates from successful deal patterns.
  • Establish a Program Delivery function with clear sales-to-delivery handoffs and reliable SLAs.
  • Audit and restructure the sales organization, including target and compensation alignment.
  • Implement operational cadences like weekly pipeline reviews and monthly forecasting.
  • Coach the team on integrated program selling and deal structuring discipline.
  • Partner with events and content leaders to manage relationships that feed the program pipeline.
