Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, consulting, and administration.
- Experience leading NetSuite implementation projects and managing full project lifecycles.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite tools including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk.
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, supply chain, consulting services, or industry-specific business processes.
- Experience designing end-to-end ERP solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a remote environment.
- Availability to work 9 AM–5 PM EST hours while based in India.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance for NetSuite initiatives, helping define implementation roadmaps and long-term platform strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key client accounts.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of complex NetSuite solutions following industry best practices.
- Develop scalable solutions through customization, integrations, and optimization strategies using NetSuite capabilities.
- Manage implementation projects across all phases, including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
- Facilitate configuration workshops, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Interface Testing (SIT), and end-user training sessions.
- Define data migration strategies, coordinate migration activities, and perform gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities.
- Mentor junior consultants by sharing knowledge, best practices, and technical expertise.
