- Proven experience leading large-scale ERP projects from planning through successful completion.
- Strong solution architecture skills for designing scalable business solutions.
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring consultants.
- Strategic mindset with focus on innovation and business impact.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise for NetSuite initiatives, helping define solution strategies, roadmaps, and best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor for key clients, understanding their business objectives and recommending tailored NetSuite solutions.
- Lead the architecture, design, customization, and implementation of complex NetSuite solutions.
- Guide clients through optimization strategies, integrations, and platform improvements.
- Manage high-impact NetSuite projects from discovery through delivery.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants to develop team capabilities.
- Drive innovation within the consulting practice by identifying emerging trends and improving methodologies.
