Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA in Finance or related discipline.
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience.
- Proficiency in designing end-to-end solutions with SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk.
- Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, and consulting services.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage client and team interactions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- NetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in the development and execution of NetSuite initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key client accounts.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex NetSuite solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and expertise.
- Lead implementation projects through all phases: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, and Support.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Systems Interface Testing (SIT), and End User Training (EUT).
- Define data migration strategy and lead all data migration activities.
