Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, including at least 4+ years in leadership roles such as Director, Principal, or Head of Product.
- Proven track record of owning and launching products with large-scale user bases (500k+ weekly active users).
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and make data-informed prioritization decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear product direction.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging experimentation, user feedback, and data to guide decisions.
- High product intuition with strong ownership mentality and ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, prioritization, and execution of product roadmaps across key product areas, ensuring alignment with company strategy and user needs.
- Drive end-to-end product development from discovery through launch, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous iteration based on data and user feedback.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and User Insights teams to build scalable, privacy-focused products used by large, diverse global audiences.
- Establish clear product vision and strategy, translating complex technical concepts into simple, user-centric product solutions.
- Use experimentation, analytics, and user research to guide product decisions and improve performance and adoption.
- Coach and mentor product managers and cross-functional partners, raising the overall product management bar across teams.
- Define and maintain high standards for product quality, ensuring consistency, usability, and trust across all experiences.
