Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing data center hyperscale projects, including electronic security systems.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting data center projects, infrastructure programs, or related technology environments.
  • Strong program and project management skills.
  • Broad knowledge of data center technologies and electronic security solutions, including platforms such as C-Cure, Lenel, AMAG, and Genetec.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and business environments.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–50% as required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of hyperscale cloud and data center programs, from design and implementation through commissioning and completion.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain account programs, standards, processes, and reporting structures to support successful project execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, managing communications, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with regional teams, project managers, technical specialists, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet customer expectations and business objectives.
  • Establish consistent documentation, communication processes, and best practices across multiple locations and teams.
  • Support strategic account growth by identifying opportunities, introducing solutions, and collaborating with internal experts to deliver additional value.
  • Monitor project performance, timelines, scope, and deliverables while recommending improvements to optimize results.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to teams while promoting collaboration, accountability, and a customer-focused culture.
