Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consulting or professional services delivery roles.
- Hands-on experience implementing Kyriba or Treasury Management Systems across multiple modules.
- Proven experience owning implementation workstreams, leading client workshops, managing scope, and delivering projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of solution design, configuration review, testing processes, integrations, and implementation methodologies.
- At least 4 Kyriba certifications or equivalent depth of Kyriba platform expertise.
- Strong project management skills, including workplan management, status reporting, change control, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Ability to create clear, high-quality client deliverables such as mapping documents, test plans, process documentation, and training materials.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative, accountable team environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience with global implementations, multi-entity environments, multi-bank setups, SWIFT, host-to-host connectivity, or phased deployments is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, APIs, file formats, security controls, and compliance practices is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more Kyriba implementation workstreams from initial requirements gathering through solution design, configuration review, testing, go-live, and post-launch support.
- Act as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned workstreams, facilitating workshops, managing expectations, and ensuring successful delivery.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs and review configuration work completed by implementation analysts.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, including test strategy development, test scripts, defect management, and readiness approvals before deployment.
- Coordinate integrations within assigned areas, including file transfers, APIs, SFTP connections, bank connectivity, and ERP-related integrations.
- Partner with client IT teams, banks, and technical stakeholders to resolve implementation challenges and drive timely decisions.
- Mentor and supervise junior analysts by delegating tasks, reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, and supporting professional development.
- Maintain project governance activities, including RAID tracking, risk mitigation plans, status reporting, and escalation management.
- Develop implementation accelerators, templates, playbooks, training materials, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency across projects.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to identify risks, improve project quality, and ensure client satisfaction.
