- Analyze and optimize sales, service, and field service processes.
- Develop holistic solution architectures using Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Facilitate workshops to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership within project teams and mentor junior consultants.
