Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
- 1+ years of experience leading a team of data analysts.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Track record of managing priorities across wide stakeholder groups.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools to create interactive dashboards and visualizations.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and data quality principles.
- Hands-on experience with event tracking and product analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of statistics and AB testing with hands-on experience in product experimentation.
- Demonstrated ability to present and articulate summarized data analysis results.
- Empathy and ability to work with employees from different professional and cultural backgrounds.
- Curiosity and eagerness to experiment with AI and integrate it into workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to 4 data analysts working with product and business teams across the Supply domain.
- Guide data analysis work across a wide range of product areas, customer behavior, and partner performance.
- Perform management and evaluation, including regular 1-to-1 meetings to discuss workload and personal development.
- Drive high-impact analytical initiatives across the organization.
- Build relationships and manage a wide array of stakeholders.
- Create, prioritize, and communicate the analytics team backlog in alignment with product goals.
- Lead efforts to enhance data-driven practices and mentor peers and stakeholders.
- Participate in the hiring process to bring in new data analytics talent.
- Equip the team with the latest analytical and statistical techniques relevant to the business.
