Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, data science, or a related discipline.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or similar operational environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable platforms.
- Proven ability to design and maintain executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Solid understanding of data architecture, data modeling, governance, and data lifecycle management.
- Experience working with SQL, data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise data platforms.
- Ability to organize, document, and map complex data environments across multiple systems.
- Strong data cleaning, transformation, and analysis skills to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and executive audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage enterprise data strategy, ensuring accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with executive leadership to create dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
- Design and maintain executive reporting solutions that highlight business trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Build and manage data inventories, documentation, and mapping frameworks.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define data architecture, models, integrations, and scalable solutions.
- Gather, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
- Support the development and optimization of data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
- Develop visualizations and self-service analytics tools.
- Establish data governance standards and documentation practices.
