Requirements
- Degree in biological or life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine (or international equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum of 1 year in Clinical Supply Chain.
- Experience with Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems for inventory management and resupply.
- Working knowledge of clinical labeling, packaging, and distribution activities.
- Working knowledge of GMP, GCP, and GLP regulations.
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suites.
- Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects with tight timelines.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of Clinical Supply strategies for Phase 1/2/3 investigational drug products.
- Coordinate and track bulk drug orders to ensure adherence to supply and resupply timelines.
- Monitor site inventory daily and coordinate drug shipments to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Evaluate drug utilization versus forecast in partnership with clinical partners.
- Maintain study and depot-level accountability and reconciliation documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Track and resolve temperature excursions and report drug wastage.
- Archive Proof of Delivery documentation and maintain Trial Master Files.
