Requirements
- University/college degree (life science preferred) or certification in an allied health profession.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company or CRO.
- Minimum 2 years of Clinical Project Management experience within a CRO or pharma company.
- Experience working on Phase I studies.
- Working knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP including international regulatory requirements.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing projects in a matrix and virtual environment.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead teams, negotiate with clients, and mentor junior members.
- Financial awareness and experience utilizing financial tracking systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive project performance toward contracted deliverables while maintaining operational excellence.
- Manage customer relationships and collaborate across a matrixed, multi-cultural environment.
- Lead project strategy, ensuring prioritization of scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
- Identify and mitigate project, financial, and quality risks using data-driven strategies.
- Oversee project budgets, resources, and revenue forecasting to ensure financial milestones are met.
- Mentor team members and provide leadership to create high-performing project teams.
