Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing programmes in entrepreneurship, SME growth, youth employment, or workforce skills development in Africa.
- Fluent in monday.com (hands-on experience building boards, tracking KPIs, and managing workflow automations).
- Proven track record of managing high-stakes relationships with international donors, private foundations, and corporate partners.
- Strong communication skills for managing senior stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong critical thinking and agile problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing projects from design through delivery.
- Capacity to manage complex, multi-segment project approaches.
Responsibilities
- Lead overarching programme designs for SME and skills development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal technical experts to shape ambitious and deliverable solutions.
- Manage project boards and KPI tracking systems using monday.com.
- Develop and maintain workflow automations to track project progress.
- Manage senior relationships with donors, private foundations, and corporate partners.
- Drive results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
