Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing programmes in entrepreneurship, SME growth, youth employment, or workforce skills development in Africa.
  • Fluent in monday.com (hands-on experience building boards, tracking KPIs, and managing workflow automations).
  • Proven track record of managing high-stakes relationships with international donors, private foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Strong communication skills for managing senior stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strong critical thinking and agile problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing projects from design through delivery.
  • Capacity to manage complex, multi-segment project approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overarching programme designs for SME and skills development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal technical experts to shape ambitious and deliverable solutions.
  • Manage project boards and KPI tracking systems using monday.com.
  • Develop and maintain workflow automations to track project progress.
  • Manage senior relationships with donors, private foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Drive results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
