Requirements

- Recent experience on a small, agile start-up team.
- Primary expertise in Go.
- Familiarity with .NET and TypeScript codebases.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and microservices ecosystems (e.g., Apache Kafka).
- Strong proficiency in database schema design.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Extensive experience with AWS platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and build consensus.
Responsibilities
- Shape technical strategy and drive roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Drive cross-functional priorities by collaborating with product and development managers.
- Write clean, efficient, and production-ready code while maintaining high quality standards.
- Lead architectural evaluations and design reviews to ensure system scalability.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance developer productivity.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and design feedback to elevate technical judgment.
