Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience with principal-level technical depth.
- Proven experience building and operating production systems using languages such as Java, C#, Dart, or JavaScript.
- Strong full-stack expertise across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and scale distributed enterprise applications and microservices architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or equivalent.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, modern software delivery practices, and production deployment.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Flutter, or similar technologies.
- Proven experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives across teams.
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex production issues.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architectures spanning web, mobile, backend services, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Create detailed technical specifications defining requirements, dependencies, and constraints.
- Break down complex initiatives into scalable, dependency-driven implementation plans.
- Develop and maintain reusable frameworks, components, APIs, and enterprise services.
- Provide technical oversight and contribute hands-on to critical implementations.
- Design highly scalable, secure, and resilient distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Leverage AI development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining engineering quality.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and production-readiness.
- Drive testing strategies, observability, and system reliability improvements.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers across teams.
