Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, or a related marketing discipline.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience managing content calendars and coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of paid recruitment advertising, job board marketing, programmatic recruitment campaigns, or employer branding initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage recruitment marketing projects, ensuring priorities, timelines, deliverables, and objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns, from initial planning through execution and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of organic and paid content across various talent acquisition channels.
  • Manage recruitment marketing content calendars and collaborate with content creators to deliver relevant and engaging materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance across job boards, paid advertising platforms, social media, email campaigns, and other sourcing channels.
  • Analyze recruitment marketing data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend strategies to improve candidate attraction and conversion.
  • Partner with recruiters, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign execution.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, reporting dashboards, and performance updates to support continuous optimization.
