Job Details

At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website management, or a related field.
Experience managing product content, online catalogs, and inventory processes.
Knowledge of SEO principles and non-technical SEO best practices.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
Excellent copywriting and editing abilities with attention to detail.
Experience using Google Analytics for reporting and performance analysis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
Basic understanding of CSS media queries (preferred).
Reliable home office setup with noise-cancelling USB headset and working webcam.
Computer hardware with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
Primary wired internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.

Manage website operations to ensure a smooth, user-friendly shopping experience.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance on product selections.
Optimize product listings including descriptions, images, and specifications.
Manage product and inventory information to ensure accuracy.
Build relationships with influencers and business partners to support brand growth.
Collaborate on website layouts, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Analyze market trends and support pricing strategies.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.
Support the execution of PPC advertising and social media initiatives.
Use analytics and reporting tools to track and improve performance.
