Requirements

- Previous experience managing high-volume operational activities and handling multiple priorities.
- Experience with employee benefits, including insured and non-insured benefit programs.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and operational tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with employees, HR teams, and clients.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Manage benefits administration processes, including employee enrollment, removals, and updates for health and dental plans.
- Support billing activities, including allocation, verification, reconciliation, and payment processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle reimbursement requests and provide timely support to employees throughout the process.
- Provide day-to-day assistance to employees and HR teams, responding to inquiries and ensuring a high level of service.
- Work collaboratively with client teams to maintain efficient benefits operations and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while following established processes and service standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
