Requirements
- Proven experience in Operations, Backoffice, Customer Operations, or FinOps.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience managing KPIs and creating operational reports.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Experience extracting data using SQL.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Ability to map processes, identify root causes, and propose scalable solutions.
- Experience in technology-driven environments like startups, fintechs, or marketplaces is a plus.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or PDCA is desirable.
- Experience with CRM tools or customer protection platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute complex operational and financial processes requiring investigation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance indicators for operational visibility.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead automation initiatives to increase scalability.
- Document end-to-end workflows and develop structured solutions based on data analysis.
- Act as a technical reference for other analysts to support knowledge sharing.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to align and resolve operational challenges.
- Support continuous improvement culture using efficiency-focused methodologies.
