Requirements

  • Proven experience developing Growth Marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce, or equivalent solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including marketing, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong focus on measurable results, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Experience working with digital products, startups, or product-led environments is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data analysis is desirable.
  • Understanding of UX principles, customer journeys, and user behavior analysis is an advantage.
  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Growth function within product squads, ensuring alignment between business objectives, product strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Identify high-impact channels, audiences, and messaging strategies to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Bring growth perspectives, including data analysis, experimentation, and acquisition insights, into product discussions and strategic decisions.
  • Optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) through efficient acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Ensure new customers quickly understand product value by improving onboarding, activation, and engagement journeys.
  • Design, execute, and measure growth experiments based on clear hypotheses across marketing and product channels.
  • Plan and run A/B tests and optimization initiatives across organic, paid, CRM, and product channels.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to identify opportunities across the conversion funnel and customer journey.
  • Monitor growth KPIs, translate insights into strategic recommendations, and present findings to stakeholders and leadership teams.
