  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, agile, and detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage benefits administration processes including enrollments, terminations, and changes for health and dental plans.
  • Oversee billing activities such as cost allocation, invoice validation, reconciliation, and payment tracking.
  • Handle reimbursement processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Provide support to employees and HR teams, responding to inquiries and resolving benefits-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across benefits systems and databases.
  • Support high-volume operational demands while ensuring service quality and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
