Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional experience in an analytical, finance, or operations role within the asset management industry.
- Strong understanding of finance, financial analysis, and investment modeling.
- Demonstrated experience building and reviewing financial models and quantitative analyses.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications such as MBA, CFA, ACA, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare key fund performance metrics, reporting materials, and data analyses for recurring reviews.
- Support fundraising activities by providing operational insights and coordinating with investor-facing teams.
- Manage credit facility operations and ensure compliance with credit agreements.
- Prepare responses to investor inquiries and maintain communication with limited partners.
- Assist with fund profitability models, budgeting, and carried interest projections.
- Build financial models for portfolio performance, scenario planning, and return optimization.
- Support investment teams with transaction execution for acquisitions, distributions, and dispositions.
- Monitor compliance with partnership agreements, side letters, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and improve operational processes, reporting standards, and fund management practices.
