Requirements
- Extensive experience as a frontend software engineer, with strong expertise in React and React Native.
- Solid understanding of modern web and mobile application development.
- Experience designing scalable systems, including distributed architectures, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, Backend for Frontend (BFF), and Micro Frontends.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL services, API integration, and frontend-backend collaboration.
- Experience building complex, multi-tier applications with focus on performance and maintainability.
- Ability to mentor engineers and act as a technical reference within a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English, with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interest in continuous learning, technical growth, and self-development.
Responsibilities
- Lead frontend development initiatives, influencing architecture and technical decisions across teams.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions for complex product challenges.
- Take end-to-end ownership of critical product flows, from technical planning to implementation and delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business goals into effective technical solutions.
- Act as a communication bridge between engineering teams and other areas, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Serve as a technical mentor, supporting engineers and promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and excellence.
- Define and improve frontend engineering practices, ensuring high standards for performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Participate throughout the product lifecycle, contributing technical insights from discovery to execution.
- Encourage a collaborative environment focused on innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
