Requirements
- Hold an active LLQP insurance license for Ontario, Alberta, Newfoundland, or British Columbia, or be willing to obtain one.
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Hold a high school diploma.
- Previous experience in customer service is considered a benefit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism and reliability.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Curiosity and a desire to understand people.
- Comfort interviewing and assessing talent.
Responsibilities
- Connect by telephone with warm lead clients to coordinate an opportunity to virtually present them a family protection package.
- Engage with families, seniors, and singles to explain insurance options to protect their family now and in the future.
- Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales.
- Update reports, records and other organizational tools to accurately report progress.
- Work in a team environment coaching new hires.
- Actively recruit new hires to build your team.
- Manage and mentor your team throughout the hiring, training and mentoring process.
