Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a top-performing sales agent.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Passionate about helping others.
- Excellent problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
- High energy and strong conversational abilities.
- Must be prepared to obtain a P&C license (company paid) within 2 weeks after starting.
- Must currently reside in one of the approved states or provinces (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada).
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto, home, motorcycle, and other specialty insurance policies.
- Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing.
- Prepare and bind quotes through our carriers.
- Effectively problem solve and handle objections to remove barriers from the customer purchasing the policy.
- Provide attentive, high energy conversation with customers to ensure they are engaged and finding the best fitting policy.
