Requirements
- Fluency in Python and SQL.
- Deep proficiency in ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Experience deploying machine learning models into production with high-throughput and low-latency requirements.
- Strong understanding of web security, HTTP protocols, and attack vectors including OWASP Top 10, L7 DDoS, and credential stuffing.
- Familiarity with edge computing platforms like Cloudflare, Fastly, or AWS Edge.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals with experience writing production-ready code in Python, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure like GCP or AWS and large-scale datasets.
- Experience with LLMs and Agents.
- Ability to work autonomously in a distributed team environment.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
Responsibilities
- Build edge intelligence by designing and training machine learning models focused on anomaly detection, bot mitigation, and zero-day intrusion detection.
- Deploy at scale by implementing and optimizing inference models to run efficiently at the edge with ultra-low latency.
- Turn attacks into data by collaborating with offensive security engineers to simulate threats and generate high-quality training datasets.
- Automate the defense by creating data pipelines that ingest logs, monitor performance, and automate model retraining based on threat intelligence.
