Own and optimize Kubernetes clusters (GKE) at scale, including networking, autoscaling, and cost efficiency
Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), establishing reusable patterns and enforcing standards across teams
Architect, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) with a focus on reliability, security, and developer experience
Design and maintain Helm charts for applications and services across multiple environments
Define and implement observability standards across metrics, logging, and tracing (Grafana, New Relic, OpenTelemetry)
Serve as a technical lead during incidents on primary revenue-generating applications, owning resolution and contributing to post-mortems
Mentor engineers across the team and act as a trusted advisor to development teams on infrastructure best practices, security standards, and platform adoption

You will build and optimize a robust advertising technology platform, managing diverse and growing initiatives. We use Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) for provisioning and configuration. You will develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD. We manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE) and create Helm charts for applications. Our focus is on platform scalability, reliability, and observability. You will contribute to monitoring solutions like Grafana, New Relic, and OpenTelemetry. We work with Ruby/Rails, Elixir, Python, and JavaScript. Our cloud platforms include AWS and GCP, utilizing services like EKS, RDS, BigQuery, and Dataflow. Data engineers will craft customer-facing dashboards and reporting using tools like Holistics, Looker, or Tableau. You will design schemas and optimize queries for data warehouses like BigQuery and ClickHouse.
