Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy roles.
- Proven experience in capacity planning and workforce management processes.
- Strong background in managing customer outreach and lead management strategies, including dialer and CRM workflows.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into high-impact initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a data-driven organization.
- Action-oriented problem-solving skills with a history of building cross-functional trust.
- Demonstrated ability to take ideas and turn them into tangible results.
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance and active engagement throughout full scheduled shifts.
- Capability to attend occasional in-person meetings.
Responsibilities
- Develop GTM plans and track success metrics to enable scalable growth.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to enhance customer experience and optimize operational costs.
- Advocate for resourcing through transparent progress reporting to Sales and Ops leadership.
- Partner with Sales and Ops leaders to drive accountability for productivity, quality, and compliance.
- Administer and optimize GTM tools and the sales tech stack.
- Design and manage outbound dialer strategy and customer engagement cadence.
- Own monthly workforce and incentive planning, identifying staffing gaps and hiring needs.
- Manage high-leverage projects to improve sales and operational efficiency.
