Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cyber security engineering or related field.
- Must be able to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time Zone.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the four key domains (Application, Endpoint, Perimeter, or Network Protection).
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the listed tools (CyberArk, zScaler, CrowdStrike, etc.).
- Experience with incident response, configuration management, and change management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Experience working in matrix teams and solo projects.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and high stress situations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary responder for Tier 1 cyber security support, including triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving security incidents and trouble tickets.
- Manage and maintain policy and configuration settings for a wide range of cyber security tools.
- Oversee and execute patch and configuration management processes across all relevant systems and platforms.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and incident responses.
- Actively collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent security posture across the organization.
- Continuously learn and support all four core domain areas and their associated tools.
