7-9 years of related experience in the clinical research industry (CRO, sponsor, SMO, or investigative site).
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
Experience developing and managing relationships with investigative sites, principal investigators, and site personnel.
Deep understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle, including site feasibility, study startup, and patient recruitment.
Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to use data and performance metrics to strengthen partnerships and improve study delivery.
Excellent relationship management, communication, and influencing skills.
Experience in gastroenterology or inflammatory diseases is an asset.
Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.

Manage the identification, outreach, recruitment, and onboarding of high-quality sites into the North America Alimentiv Site Network (ASN).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-priority sites and partners through virtual or face-to-face meetings.
Develop and track key performance indicators to monitor ASN success and site analytics.
Build innovative solutions to grow a pipeline of sites, including those new to clinical research.
Oversee the development and maintenance of an investigator portal to improve site onboarding and communication.
Implement process improvements and change management methodologies to support a scalable ASN platform.
Support patient recruitment and clinical service delivery through collaborative, data-driven strategies.
