Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects from kickoff through delivery.
  • Build and maintain operational systems, including task tracking, workflows, and documentation.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; design and implement solutions.
  • Own internal tooling, operational processes, and knowledge documentation.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and team operations as the company scales.
  • Review and quality-check audit deliverables, including AI-generated outputs.
  • Step into active engagements to support the team during workload spikes.
  • Jump into whatever is needed—client calls, QA, research, workpaper review—to ensure smooth execution.
