Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in Ruby, specifically Ruby on Rails.
- Deep proficiency in React, including component hierarchy and state management.
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL internals, indexing, and transaction management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Experience using Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain high-performance APIs using Ruby on Rails and robust frontends using React.
- Drive advanced PostgreSQL data modeling, complex schema migrations, and query optimization.
- Manage and scale containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes, while leveraging Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Implement zero-trust security models, authentication controls, and encryption strategies.
- Participate in technical design reviews and peer code reviews to ensure system reliability and code quality.
- Collaborate with business development and mission success teams to troubleshoot technical escalations.
